Staff is friendly. Counselors are knowledgeable. Parking isn't the best, but it is manageable.

My counselor was wonderful. If you don't care for one, request a different one because I had one that I felt he was just collecting a paycheck, when I switched- what a difference. Desk up front is always busy, but nice when it is your turn. Excellent help.

I have been dealing rescheduling, change of therapist due to no longer being there, to DR vacationing and not knowing when he coming back. I was told this was a well organized place. Well they lied. My daighter was tested for dyslexia. Had my test result appt and the Dr. did not have his stuff ready. Said he gwtring get into his fike to print and that he will email me. Said if i dont get it in a couple of days call. This was back in July. I still dont have it. Been calling and calling and nothing. Then all they can say is they will send a message. They are together after being started in 1995. I cant even get my daufhter an iep for school. Thank you Eden counseling u know how to make money. Something is wrong here.

This office will charge $60 for no shows and they don't care whether a person's disability contributed to the to it or not. Then they charge 33% late charge fee.

The office staff had no clue what what going on. I was scheduled with different therapists multiple times, there was little consistency. The therapists cancelled with me a few different times, once less than an hour before the appointment. It took me 2 months to schedule an appointment, be evaluated, be re-evaluated, sent to a therapist, to another therapist and then canceling all appointments made with me. I contacted the office manager over a week ago expressing the issues I experienced with the scheduling staff and have been IGNORED COMPLETELY.
