Direct Performance Physical Therapy

I saw Brian for some back issues I was having and he used the Dry Needling technique. It definitely helped. Brian was always on time and I was always 1 on 1 with him. Brian was very professional and so nice. I've had PT several times and Brian used several different approaches which I liked. We did the dry needling, manipulation (cracking of my back), core/muscle strengthening and stretching. He varied the exercises which I really liked as well. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend Brian.

Jake has been a blessing with his Dry Needling Therapy. He has helped me so much in my post surgery recovery. Rachel is an amazing massage therapist!! I don't know what I would do with out them! Brian & Stephen are wonderful too!!

Had a problem with my right knee due to bad form in Crossfit exercises and was able to have it worked on and was just like new within 3-4 weeks of Physical Therapy with Direct Performance. Dr. McKenzie was very helpful and insightful and was able to use different techniques to increase flexibility and help overall performance. Would recommend them any day!

Direct Performance maintains excellent facilities and knowledgeable staff. Not only was the staff knowledgeable, but they were also caring. They sympathized with you and your injury. They are hard working and made every effort to maximize each and every PT session. This is hands down the best PT clinic in the area. I would encourage anyone who actively participates in strength and conditioning to reach out to them.

Jake and Brian are awesome. Instrumental in returning my daughter to full volleyball play after her ACL tear. Fun bunch and a great team at Direct Performance. Professional and enjoyable rehab.
