My husband and I stopped in the store looking for a new bed set and stools for our kitchen island. John greeted us at the door, pointed us in the right direction and said he would be around if we had any questions. John was very friendly and helpful when we found the bed set and stools that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through everything. Once we found what we needed Jillian was just as helpful. She helped us through the last step of the purchase. My husband and I are very excited and can’t wait to see how it all works out! Thank you EFO!

First time shopper at EFO. Jillian was our sales associate. She was extremely helpful and friendly and did everything she could to help us find what we were looking for. The manager (James I think?) was also very helpful. Great experience. Would definitely recommend and return. Very reasonable prices as well.

excellent service Jillian was very helpful in helping us pick out our furniture. I feel the need to update my review not only great service by Jillian it was great service all around. Delivery was supposed to be between 1:30/4:30. they arrived at 1:30 right on the dot. very nice delivery people as well. Set up our furniture just the way we wanted. just an all around great experience and great price. highly reccomended.

Great selection. Very helpful salespeople- without feeling pressure. Jillian spent a great amount of time with me to make certain I was completely happy with my choices. Price is good for quality of product. My second time buying from efo and I am very excited about my new furniture!

My husband and I bought our new sofa and love seat from the Dunmore location today. We were very happy with the service we received from Joe. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we narrowed down our selection but didn't hover. He gave us enough space to discuss and decide but was there with an answer for every question we had.. great experience.
