Bob's Discount Furniture

Received very delightful experience not long after entering the store with a very kind and understanding young woman. Told her what I was looking at on line and she showed me the items and because she seen I had a cane explained a few things and left me see for myself about what she said and I really did get what I really wanted and so far I am well pleased. Now I just have to wait for my order to come in and she also explained about the pick up policy. She explained everything to me going through the store plus as I was leaving she even told me about a lay away and I was interested. Very nice Store with very nice people!

First time at a Bob's today and Tracey made a difficult decision super easy. She was able to answer every single question with ease and explained every detail. Excellent experience and we will be a Bob's customer for life. Update.. bunk bed came. Delivery time was right on. Was cool to see where the deliver truck was and the estimated time of arrival. The two guys that put it together were awesome and did an excellent job. Thanks again.

Bobs is so nice inside and of course when you go in its like throwing meat into a shark tank. Still not bad though, my family has bought furniture from Bobs a few times now and its pretty dependable stuff. Back of store: So when you walk in you'll get the whole dissertation but in the back there is an area to relax while your family looks around. You get candy, coffee and I believe tea.

An incredibly smooth experience. The store had a huge selection with great prices. The sales people were pleasant and offered help as soon as I walked in, but didn't hover while I was browsing. Once I settled on the style of couch I wanted, the salesman was very helpful and personable. From the time I decided to walking out the door with financing and a delivery scheduled was less than twenty minutes. I will definitely return for any future furniture needs.

Just stopped in Big Bob’s with my boyfriend and son to look at the bedroom furniture. My son found a set he loved. Can not wait for delivery and set up! Albert was awesome. He was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledge. We had coffee, ice cream, cookies and candy in their snack area! I love this treatment 😊
