Stay away from this company and their properties. I started a new business and they rented me a place that was "Move-in ready, New renovations". It wasn't up to building code or fire code and I had to wait four months while they did the required renovations. They also made me pay rent during that time. The amount of money and time wasted nearly killed my business venture.
