This has been the best rental company. They have fixed anything I’ve asked in 1 1/2 years. They respond on time and allow maintenance requests to be submitted online which are repaired quickly. I have never had an issue that wasn’t solved.

This company could not be more unprofessional with at its accounting department. In 2017 I wrote a check for the entire year of HOA fees in January 2017. For January and February 2018 I pay my HOA fees in one check that was deposited in December 2017. I decide that for March 2018 going forward I will have the HOA fee come out of my checking account on the 5th of every month. Last night I checked my mail and received a bill showing I did not pay for 12.17, 1.18, 2.18 and 3.18 and if I continue this I will be charged a late fee of $50 every month. I have sent them e-mails showing my account ACH as well as the Jan/Feb 2018 check. I have owned in Kingsridge Condiminiums since August 2010 and have paid the two assessments in a lump sum (no payment plan) and have paid my HOA on time every month since August 2010. They need to be a more professional company.

The home we rented was in TERRIBLE condition but we needed something fast. We listed every little detail about the issues with the house and there were A LOT. When the time came after we moved out of course we did not receive our full deposit because the house was in such bad condition. We are very clean people with no kids and like everything in order. The house was actually a lot cleaner when we moved out than it was when we moved in. The only explanation on the deposit says this specific amount was held out due to general maintenance and repairs. All of the repairs and maintenance were needed long before we rented the home. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
