They lost our rent payments on three different occasions and never fixed the sewage problem in the two years we lived there! Renting a house from them was a 2 year nightmare!!! I'm so happy we moved out at the end of October. Apparently, the lease was not up until the end of November so we moved early but it was the best move ever for our family. Good riddance to this HORRIBLE company!!! Spartan Invest/Alabama Rental Properties down right SUCK!
