I moved all the way from Michigan to rent from this company.. I was assured the repairs I wanted done would be handled by the time I moved.. Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing was done.. I moved into this home on the 1st of June and signed a lease that included a stove and still don’t have a stove I can use.. The one here don’t fit into the socket.. SMH This is the worse moving experience I’ve ever had in my entire life along with finding out the house is infested with roaches, spiders and ants after moving in with 4 children.. I’m looking for a way out of my lease now without having to pay a ton of cash as it costed me a ton to get here.. Along side that the laundry room has no power so we can’t wash/dry clothes either... I’m just ready to move back to MI and stay in a shelter until my old landlord have a home available.. I will not recommended this company to anyone nor will I consider renting from them ever.. I put in the work order and and nothing had been attempted to get fixed... I’m On day 7 in this hell hole.. Lord please give me a way out!!

1 star company. I moved into a disgusting house that was not cleaned at all. Blinds and window screens missing, nails and holes all in the walls, food left in pantry, and the worst odor that is still not completely gone 3 months later. They put absolutely no effort into preparing the house for me. I made a property deficiency report as soon as I moved in and they never even replied. Disgusted

I can not say enough good things about this company. When I was turned down by so many other companies due to credit I though my family would be in a hotel forever. But thru the grace of God someone was thinking of me an told me about this company. Soon as I spoke with Ms. Michelle B. we instantly bonded. I they did hold my past credit issues keep me from placing my family in a home. What beautiful people. Thank you so much to Michelle, Ms.Donna, Ms. Jennifer and all the REI TEAM. May God continue to bless your lives and your company.
