Decas Group - Property Managers

Our family is so grateful to the whole team at Decas Group. We have been overly satisfied with their handling of our affairs/investments for over three years now. As a client and more precisely a member of the extended/out of state Decas Group Family, we count of blessing every month with their professional yet personal handling of our vested interests, thoughts, concerns and future investments opportunities. Thanks for three years of shared mutual growth.

I wouldnt even give them that star they didnt even wanna give me my $500 deposit back the came up with bogus charges $150 for the cheap paint they put in the house on the sink that peeld off when water hit it din charge me $50 for a $2 toilet tissue holder that wasnt even in there when i moved i wouldn’t recommend nobody dealing with them or the people who rent their houses threw them i left that house clean and they wanna charge for paint peeln from water

This is the worst company i ever rented from they do not fix things they patch them up wouldn't fix the leak in my basement and mold problem just kept patching it up now I've moved and ask for my deposit back they come up with all kinds of excuses but thank god for pictures... Beware dont rent from these people.

Run and don't look back! Very incompetent and unprofessional staff! Will ignore maintenance request and phone calls. Very unorganized group of people and definitely does not have the communication skills to manage anybody's property yet alone a office!😐 They will lie and are very manipulative, I was just lucky and able to get out of my lease but I feel terribly sorry for the property owners and tenants who cannot! I would definitely not recommend anybody to rent from this company. Taylor is discombobulated and confused, The rest of the staff is outright ghetto😑😏🙄.... Taylor stated he would take my deposit to " Get the house ready for a new tenant," When Nope....That's not how it goes. A deposit is used for DAMAGES, and I definitely didn't leave any DAMAGES, so in other words, they will FIND a reason to take it regardless. Please reconsider different options when looking for property managers and definitely if you are considering renting. They will take advantage of you and the maintenance line is a joke. If they manage your property, you are going to be losing in the end because you will never get a tenant that's willing to stay if they have to deal with this company. Please look around as a tenant or owner, and pay attention to these reviews. Everyone isn't lieing. Just throw the entire office away! Decas Group is a inch from bankruptcy and lawsuits. You have better options!

I would recommend this company to anyone!! They are the greatest and most dedicated rental company by far..... They have great staff that eagerly helps you with any thing you may be experiencing while renting from them..... If you looking for a company that is sincerely concerned about their tenants DECAS GROUP is the place!!!!!!
