Paige immediately responded to my email regarding a time sensitive situation. The email change was over the course of a weekend and I got a prompt response on a Saturday and Sunday.

Very poor in communication and assistance. Called do to the online payment system but it continues to have an issue every month which I was told wouldn't be the case. Then called for a week straight to have their maintenance people come out and they STILL have not made it. I know it's up to the owner of the home to choose these companies but I've been here 4 years and if i have to deal with this headache every month, I would rather move.

All I asked for was to view a property. Didn’t know that consisted with pulling my credit. When I go look at a cars they don’t even pull my credit until I make a decision on if I want it or not. So why do it here? Pulling credit brings down your score so if I did want to rent from somewhere this company has affected it. Thanks but no thanks... I don’t recommend and if I had a perfect credit score I’d buy a house not rent!
