Rouland Management Services

My opinion is that this Mgt company is either overwhelmed or inept. They do not communicate well. They do things like send out pool card deactivation notices for delinquent payments "because you sent them a payment". It seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Our neighborhood is looking at replacements. I do not recommend this property Mgt company.

Rouland Management Services, we have had manage our association for many years. I've found them to be professional, responsible, trustworthy, quick acting and fair. I've worked with other neighborhood associations in the past and have never been so impressed as I have in working with this management company. I would recommend this company to others for business.

Rouland Management is an excellent, full service property management company that goes above and beyond expectations! They have met and exceeded every other previous property management servicing company we have used over the past 25 years. We are extremely pleased and will continue to refer them to our friends and colleagues.

Performance management company that helps your HOA give the direction, response to accounts, feedback and development they need to excel in a properly run home owners association. They have proved wonderful in providing a direct and open line of communication with the board of my association and its members.

My experience with Rouland Properties has been that they are horrible in my opinion. I own a home where Rouland Properties has been the property manager for the surrounding property. I reported them to the Alabama Real Estate Board. Mr. Rouland even drove up to my house, that I have owned for 15 years, and demanded to know what I am going to do with it, sell it or what? It was none of this business. He also was accompanied by another man that my family has explicitly asked not to come onto our property. We even put up a sign asking the man not to trespass. When I asked Mr. Rouland to leave my property, he told me he had a right to be there. He, in fact, did not have a right to be there. Then I asked him to leave and not block my driveway, and Mr. Rouland said he had a right to be parked in front of my house because it was "public property." It is not public property. I live in a gated community. In my opinion he was trying to intimidate me. When I told him I was calling the police, he drove away while trying to stare me down. I personally would not hire Rouland for anything. I definitely would not let Roland interact with my clients and customers. I found the review below on Google. I am not responsible for the contents, but I think it speaks for itself. A Google User 7 years ago They have taken over our subdivision - emptied our check book and now want to cancel contract and give it back with no money in it.
