Enterprise Car Sales

My experience at Enterprise Auto Sales was far beyond my expectations! When I pulled up I was greeted by the smiling faces of Bryce & Robert, two sales representatives who were eager to get me in the car of my dreams. Bryce took the time to gather details of what I wanted in a car and did an incredible job of finding it for me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. Robert was very friendly and funny which made the whole process easy. I would recommend Enterprise to my friends, family and anyone else looking for an affordable, reliable new car. I left feeling happy and confident about my decision to choose this place! 😊

The sales personnel were amazing. The sale was painless and wonderfully easy. I have never purchased a used car before and they made me feel at ease in the process. They explained how they maintain the cars and the warranty that is left on them. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star review was because of the issues with the dealership in WVa from where my car was shipped. It had crusties in the crack where the steering wheel meets the dash, crusties in the cup holders and there were two dents in the driver's side that look like door dings. Robert, my sales rep, was mortified. He assured me that everything will be fixed at my convenience. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car. The issues are cosmetic and they are going to be fixed.

We had a great experience buying our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We started talking to Steven over the phone (who was wonderful to talk to) but ended up working with Robert on the day we arrived. The whole process was dramatically different from our other car buying experiences. No pressure and we actually enjoyed being there. The financing options were great and we were approved and on our way in no time! They were busy with several car purchases when we arrived and you could hear those customers were also satisfied with their purchase experience. I have always dreaded car buying but this place has changed that! We will definitely be back with any future vehicle purchases. The manager Teron was super helpful as well and genuinely a nice guy. If you want to buy a car without pressure and in a laid back yet professional environment, then this is the place to go! You won’t be disappointed!

Service was great, no pressure, and they helped me find a reasonable loan for the car I ended up choosing. I recommend it to people who are looking for newer but used cars for a reasonable price. If anything I'll be back when it's time for a new ride.

The Games. "I just wish you all would stop all the games". Look man, we got the internet now, we can very easily find out the actual worth of both OUR cars, and also of the cars YOU sell as well. We know your job is to squeeze every last dime out of a potential sale. We all already know this. And we already know that when you see someone looking at cars, you see "Money ($$) signs". We got it, we get it, and most if not all of us know this already. We also are aware that if you can't manipulate the price to get as much out of it as possible, then you will throw a laundry list of Warranties, Extra Incentives all of which carry additional fee's as a way to make extra money. So. Why do you continue? If you guys would just stop the underhanded slight of hand sales tactics -> (Buddy up to customer so as to make them feel comfortable with you and anything you might say) people would flock to your establishment in droves. You would have a hard time keeping the cars from selling.
