Tim Foutz, was amazing to work with. We test drove a Nissan and it was hands down the best test drive my husband and I have ever done! We are thrilled with our car! Juan Ramirez, was the other associate we worked with, and he was fantastic! Wonderful conversation, and very informative on the financial part of our transaction. Over all it was the best car buying experience we have encountered. We have been through quite the run around at other dealership. First Team Auto Mall, has a great team that provides a personal and unique experience!

Great hospitality, great staff! Thoroughly had a good experience being there. Rick is one of the best sales reps that I have seen. Very detailed with information, patient and answers your questions accurately.

Customer service was VERY DISAPPOINTING. We found the vehicle we wanted on their lot. After test driving, the finance dept. got the vehicle financed through OUR credit union on the first request so we drove it off of the lot. It was a newer used van (2012) but it only had ONE set of keys. When the salesman called to follow-up I asked about getting a second set, he told me to go to a Honda dealership. OK, ABSOLUTELY no help and NOT the only solution. A reputable locksmith will come to your home and IS much cheaper, thank you very much. The salesman called again 5 days before the dealer tags were going to expire, to see if we wanted to pick up our tags or have them mailed. We live 50 miles away so I asked him to mail them, he said he would. After a week still no tags in the mail. I called First Team Auto Mall and asked about my license plates and they were still on the salesmans' desk. I drove the 100 mile round trip to pick them up, the dealer tags had expired by that time. Thank you very much. Will First Team Auto Mall see any repeat or referral business from us?? Absolutely NOT.

This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with! I have to travel an hour to get there to get my car serviced but I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I actually look forward to my service visits there. They do excellent work! Love you guys!!!

Quick visit for annual inspection. (Purchased car from Nissan) Nearly effortless check in, comfortable waiting room, and service manager brought my keys to me as soon as the car was finished.
