I have rented many cars from Enterprise it is always a great experience they take care of all my needs with no problems the staff is always nice and friendly and very helpful thanks Enterprise you are the best

I rent a car for a 1100 mile trip. Halfway through, an emergency light came on. I had nowhere to stop. I kept going. When I arrived at my destination, they traded out my car, without a second look. Nothing but thumbs up.

Great company. They messed up at first, but then they made up for it after we called. They are very prompt.

Understand that the facility is not at the airport, no matter what the person taking the reservation says. After sorting that out and making arrangements for getting myself to the airport, the rental went smoothly. If you need to drop off the car at the airport location, I suggest you go with a firm that is at the airport.

Every time I've gone in there the staff have been awesome! They have always work with me even when I had to rent a vehicle for 70+ days because I was hit and my vehicle was in the shop. I like that the membership is free and you earn points to redeem on your next rental. Thanks for being super nice every time I visit.
