Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Disappointed. The only place in town to rent a vehicle and the policy is such that if you dont have a credit card or a large enough amount for a deposit you cant rent a car. Makes it difficult to rent.

Maybe you guys should listen to your employees sometime on the recordings that you say are recorded because your employee told me over 3 times that my card would be okay to use to rent a car it was a debit card and I told him it was a Aline card through my Corporation where I work over three times you told me it would be okay but I just needed to have the deposit amount on it which was $250 I came to pick up the car yesterday morning and your employee who said he was a manager was very very rude I told and told me that they could not do that I told him to look up who I had talked to on the phone he refused to tell me who it was and thank you Enterprise so much now I can't go to my son's graduation in Nebraska one of the most important days in his life and my life and I'm screwed your company and your employee should be ashamed of themselves do not give people false information and then they go to pick up the car they can't get it my heart is so broke and I am disgusted with your employee that the wire I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau also

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Made a reservation online and got my confirmation number and thought everything was set. Received call in the morning and were told that they had NO cars available. We had a non refundable cabin booked for Just shy of $500. They offered to give 10% off after ruining our entire family reunion weekend which is a slap in the face. Manager was very unhelpful and told me to change my reservation to 2 days instead of 3 which I tried but the website told me I was unable to modify reservation at this time. I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews but I will never refer or use Enterprise ever again. Worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. I'll be reporting to the BBB as well to hopefully prevent others from having a trip ruined as well. Thanks for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE! The people at this enterprise might be nice but look out. We booked a car for a trip. We have booked before there. The time before the plug in for the GPS wouldn't function. So they said next time let us know and we will give you a good deal. We called for a car. 15 hours before we are set to go on a trip.They call. UHHH we didn't know that is was this week you wanted the car or the price would of been higher. We are all SOLD OUT!! We can't have you a car for your trip. I am giving this no stars at all. I won't use this place if it is the last one on earth. This is a huge company and you can't come up with a car? You have to be persistant to get management to call you and so you get the run around. Never again! I am informing BBB. Thanks Enterpirse for NOTHING and ruining our vacation.Huge Management issues!
