Avis Car Rental

The people there were awesome and helped a great deal. They answered all my questions and helped me change my reservation for a better deal. Ill be renting from here again.

The difference in the level of customer care was obvious the second Avis/Budget picked up the phone. Nicole helped me over the phone when I was researching rental places. I called Enterprise after Avis because of a different service they offer, but after calling two of their locations, I discovered that they have very poor customer service, and I did not go with them. I called Nicole back and realized I should have just gone with Avis to begin with. So I got a $6 Lyft ride to Avis, and I'm so happy I did.

I have used the downtown Avis several times. The owner is always a delight to deal with. He runs a good operation.

Bob and Cheryl are two of the friendliest, most helpful people you will meet in the industry. They always work to meet my rental needs to the best of their ability, even on short notice. I feel they genuinely care about me as a customer. This is always my first stop for commercial and personal vehicle rentals.
