DO NOT A RENT ANY CAR FROM HERTZ  THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL TAKE 100$ more for just clean the car. If u clean it or no. And they will charge u 100$ for smoke. If u smoke or no  they r a joke and u loose your money. If u call no one answer u and if they answer they will put u in hold  no trust

Never answered the phone. Was supposed to drop a car off at collision repair, never did. Had to drive out to the airport to find the rental place and get a car. Guy said he, "lost track of time and forgot to call us back" he had 4 days to call us back, what happened, black out for a week in Vegas??
