Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am one who may use a rental a couple times a year. The staff was very friendly and made the transaction quick and easy. The car was great except for a couple of old rather yucky pieces of food left under the seat. The price was pretty fair, but I do wish their deposit was the same for commercial and private rentals or at least lower for repeat customers. I will definitely use Enterprise on my next journey.

The car we requested wasn't ready, so Collin upgraded our vehicle and gave us a free tank of gas for our troubles. The van drove nicely and was comfortable. We didn't have any problems with our trip. Thanks Collin.

Robert R. is amazing! I had a truely exceptional experience. His dedication to customer service and willingness to go above and beyond at the level he demonstrated has earned enterprise a customer for life. I will always recommend enterprise and his service, he will have many referrals from me. I am in both a customer service and sales profession. I felt as if I was the most important person when I called the branch and when I arrived was even more amazed at how professional Robert was and how helpful his coworker was. I noticed a book in the office titled "driving loyalty" and this was an experience that left me felt driven to loyalty! Thank you for making me feel special and important.

Representative very friendly and professional. Seem to be appreciative of the business. Only issue the day I rented, was the wait-time to be served. At that particular time they appeared to be understaffed.
