WE THANK ENTERPRISE SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY. THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY FAMILY AND MYSELF IN A NICE ROOMY VEHICLE SO WE COULD ENJOY OUR LONG TRIP TO THE COAST. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING GOOD TO US!

Tim Smith, you provide amazing customer service and I am beyond satisfied. He sat down with me and help to resolve my issue, he is very empathetic and understanding. He called Julia and her associate, made a reservation for a great vehicle with great pricing. He drove me to their rental office and introduced me to Julia. She was so helpful and her associate was very kind and considerate. Thank you, thank you! I had a unhelpful experience with a different company, I had a prior online reservation but was not given satisfactory results.

Horrible customer service. Agent lied to us about the extra insurance. He said we needed to add the mandatory $24.99 per day insurance when we already had insurance. Did not let is know about the other options. When I called back to ask him about it Tyler (assistant manager of the downtown branch) hung up on me. I had to call the customer service number for anything as they never answer phone calls. They couldn't help...kept referring us to Tyler's branch. Left multiple messages for the manager and Tyler to call id's back with no success. All around it was a horrible experience. Don't ever rent from enterprise!!! All they care about are thier commissions. They have no regard for the customer whatsoever!!

My wife rented a car from them about 3 weeks ago. The car was rented for us by the insurance company representing the business that caused the damage to my wife's car. We always get the insurance when we rent a car, but this time my wife was told that the only damage she would need to worry about having fixed is the tires and the windshield. We returned the car after hours and dropped the key in their drop box. The next day my wife receives a phone call saying that there is damage to the car and that our insurance information is needed so it can be repaired. I leave from work to go and see for myself the damage done to the car which is hard to miss since it is a large crack on the driver's side rocker panel. When I get there I am asked where the car was parked when it was dropped off. I tell them that it was parked right outside their office and someone must have moved it. Nobody there new where it was initially parked which means that it was moved before it was even checked in. And for anyone that wants to use their after hours drop box just know that you or your insurance company are responsible for any damages done to the car until it is checked in by an employee. I was told that since we are disputing the damage that there will be an investigation and that I should hear something from in a week. It has already been a week and I haven't heard anything back.
