Budget Car Rental

This was my first experience renting from any Budget Car Rental location. The shop had a great small family business vibe and Cheryl, the attendant who assisted us, was a joy to deal with. The rates were competitive and the car we received was in excellent condition. There was no pressure to upgrade to services we didn't need and all of the costs were clear with no hidden fees. I wouldn't consider renting with anyone else in the Boise area as I doubt anyone could offer the same level of customer service.

It was my first ever automobile rental experience. It was amazing! Painless ,easy, friendly staff, they took the time to talk me through the process. Thank you. The quality and affordability of the rental we're great.

First and foremost, my husband and I owe Budget Car Rental on Main Street a huge thank you! In February we were in the process of relocating out of state and planned to fly our family, along with our dogs, one way. When the airline declined to let our pets fly due to weather we were left in a terrible predicament. Rather than flying, we were now going to drive and needed a large, comfortable vehicle right away. My husband went to this location and explained our situation. The woman there, a co-owner, was so empathetic and caring. They had a Ford Excursion they had just gotten in and despite the business needing a vehicle like this on hand, she let us take it one way to Wisconsin and gave us an AMAZING deal. We can't begin to tell you how impressed we are by how this location treated us, and continually treats our family back in Boise for all their business travel needs. I would, without hesitation, recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental car of any kind. Thank you so so so much!!

If you need to rent a car in Boise, this is the location to choose. The staff are professional and very helpful. I've needed a last minute rental and they've gone above and beyond to get me a car in time.
