Extra Space Storage

Brenda was very helpful and informative. It has been a hassle free and easy experience, I look forward to working with extra space storage. Defiantly would recommend to friends or family that need a storage unit!

I signed up online and they contacted me quickly to see if I could check out the unit and make sure it would work for me. I wasn’t planning on storing things in the unit for a couple weeks but I happened to be in town (it was a part of a move) so I figured it would be good to check out. They had me signing things and making a payment already. I didn’t realize that “looking at” a unit meant starting a rental agreement. I was a little frustrated, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. When they asked me to write an google review while my papers were being processed, I saw a coupon for 50% off the first month, so I asked if I could apply that. They said it had already applied. So I asked if that meant my price would be double for the future months. They said it would stay the same for a few months and I’ll get an email before any changes. So I have no idea if my rate is going to randomly double, which makes budgeting kind of difficult. I trust my stuff to stay there and was mostly happy with the service. I just felt like I was pushed into some things without transparency.

First time using a storage unit and was very impressed with the detail and information received by the people there. Nice looking units and the staff is very informed and helpful to making sure you get the right size storage unit and that they honor the quote they put you at.

Very quick service. Brenda was very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. I recommend coming here if you need to store stuff over summer after college!

It was quick and easy. I’ve never used storage spaces, so they made it really simple. We need a place fast and they got it done!
