We rented a unit on November 4, 2017. We were first given a unit that was already filled with no lock on it. We were told that they had not paid and the stuff in the unit would be going to a yard sale.Then Trolley Trax Storage changed ours to another unit. They did not change the number in their records even though we had paid for 6 months. When we went to the storage unit, our lock was gone. We removed everything from the storage unit only to find out that the guy that runs the place cut the lock off, (left it open for anyone) because they had their records wrong. My receipt shows the correct unit number. When asked who the owner of Trolley Trax Storage was, the manager was rather rude and would not give it to us. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

Well as of NOW the NEW MANAGEMENT is AWESOME!!! They fixed all the issues that were going on previously. Very excited for the new changes! Thanks guys!

good storage !!!!! for us we got a bad experience, they stole my truck tires. not safe for my. I do not recommend to anyone.
