Stor'em Self Storage

I have a storage unit here and have found the service to be excellent. I would like to specifically commend an employee named Joachim for his excellent handling of a customer's concerns at the office last week. I don't know Joachim, but I was very impressed by his patient yet professional manner and the effort he made to listen carefully to the customer's comments and seek a happy resolution. I was waiting my turn to ask some questions and overheard the conversation in the process. When the customer left, I asked for his name so that I could leave a complementary review on this site. Well done, Joachim.

Quick and convenient location being right off interstate exit. Has secure and easy access to the storage unit with competitive rates. Helpful employees and easy phone payment process.

Great facility, great location, but a little on the expensive side.

nice location. However, our unit got broken into and they were of no help, as the cameras weren't working. We were very disappointed. Had the cameras been functioning like they should have, we would have had a much better chance at recovering our valuable items.

Good value for what I'm spending. I needed spaces to store cars during the winter months, so my situation is unique. I found Stror"em in American Fork to fit my needs the best. Trish (one manager) helped me to collect all the information I needed to help me know what I wanted and Veronica Hayslip (the on site manager) was very nice and professional in helping me put my plans in motion, getting my paperwork handled and helping me get all set up. I would recommend doing business with these guys if you're looking to store something. Check them out. I'm glad I did. Thanks Trish and Veronica! Your professionalism makes me feel like I chose the right storage place.
