My wife and I were one week into a 7 week adventure when we had major problems with our 5th wheel while driving through Farmington, NM. We contacted Farmington RV Sales and they literally jumped into our situation and provided immediate service. The service tech went above and beyond to give us outstanding and very timely service. GREAT DEALER AND SERVICE. Traveling thru NM and had a plumbing leak. The staff went our of their way to help me. I can say enough great things about them. Check out the beautiful old Pontiac in the show room

Traveling from Dallas to Moab with our less than a year old Palomini. The refrigerator isn't working as well as it should so we called here to see if they would do warranty work since we're going to be in the road for over a month. We were told flat out that they don't do warranty work because it's a pain to get reimbursed. That was it. No offer to work on it if we paid. Nothing. He stated that they don't work on what they don't sell because they cant get reimbursed. What a crock. Any business that handles customers in need like this should raise immediate red flags. I wouldn't consider buying from a place like this, no matter how much they were willing to wheel and deal. Sounds more like they want you to just come in and give them money and don't care about anything else. Called another RV place down the road and were welcomed with open arms. Buyer beware!

they sold my family a crappy 5th wheel, and when I went there for supplies and advice, the counter person became to busy to help me, I guess they knew which piece of crap I was talking about, I ended up replacing everything except the fridge, those people are old school used car salesman.
