Camping World of Albuquerque

I was a first time customer. I bought my first/last travel trailer there. My sales rep., Shannon. was double stacking customer's each time I was there. Ended up buying from him, i wouldn't again. Be careful, they try to sell you a $4K extended warranty. highest I've ever seen. They're out of their minds. They tried their hardest to get me to sign all the finance paperwork before the walk around of the camper. Of course I didn't let that happen. Then there was some quality control issues which they corrected ASAP. I had to wait there 5-hours to sign papers and complete the walk through. I had to hook up my own trailer, attached my own temp. registration, buy and install my own ball and hitch. I simply hooked up and pulled out and no one even knew. I expected the sales rep. to come out and say thank you and attach my registration, good thing I had tape in my truck. The only time they went out of their way for me was to gouge me on pricing, warranty service and parts dept. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you can. Best of luck!

As a first time RV owner I appreciate the help and advise of the entire service department, especially Jennifer, the Service department Manager. On recent warranty work she consistently kept us updated on the status of repairs and got them done on a timely manner. I dont trust many service departments but Camping World Service Department in general and Jennifer in particular have earned my trust. Thank you.

The staff is all real nice. Showroom was nicely laid out and clean. Overall great experience and great value too!

Very disappointed in Camping World!! I went in over the weekend looking for a larger camper for my family. The salesman Chuck was very nice and helpful, however the experience with the sales manager Craig, was highly unprofessional. We wanted to look into trading in our current smaller camper, not only did he insult my boyfriend but thought we were trying to hustle him. My family will be looking elsewhere for a camper and NOT recommend this place for our other camping friends.

Went to price out a small popup. The cost shown was a good price but once they added on all The fees the price doubled. Not sure if that is normal but I think its ridiculous! They were nice though and weren't pushy.
