We had our trailer winterized at Myers Service Dept in 2016, good service no issues. So we take it back again 2017 to get winterized. They called & said that the bathroom faucet had frozen & they needed to replace it. My husband and I thought that strange since we hadn't had freezing temperatures yet, but we trusted them & approved them to do it. We did not check anything when we picked it up, we assumed that we received the same quality service as before. Boy were we wrong! 1) they did not empty the black tank so we stored our trailer all winter with a full black tank! Words cannot describe how horrible my beautiful trailer now smells. 2) they broke our brand new water pump and really nice upgraded toilet that we put in 2017. Unfortunately, we're out $400, plus now the cost to buy another new water pump & toilet. Oh and they left all the lines open so when we turned the water on, it flooded the trailer, so now we need new carpet! If I had the time, money, & energy I would sue!! All I can do now is report them to the Better Business Bureau and warn other prospective customers. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! or if you do choose to use them check everything, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

If you are like me, a first time RV consumer, you have probably watched countless hours of YouTube video exploring the content of whomever recorded or posted video of various sizes, styles and brands of RV's. Very informative but lacking in the senses of touch, smell and most important to me, awareness of the sound both inside and out.
Arriving at Myers RV in Albuquerque, I felt I knew what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. Meeting with Sales Rep Ken Carpenter was casual and absolutely a no pressure experience. A true professional with knowledge and experience in the products available for my needs, Ken escorted me to what seems to be the best coach to suit all of my needs and wants in an entry level travel trailer RV.
I have visited several RV dealers and quickly returned to Myers RV because I felt comfortable and confident I did and would receive an honest and fair deal for this first time and important RV buying purchase.
I have not yet purchased the selected travel trailer (finance pending) but have great confidence that my return visit will be another great experience. 5 stars for this dealership and Mr. Carpenter.

We started at several RV dealerships around town and had rough experiences. From the minute we stepped through the front door at Meyers RV we were treated like family. Dee Bean was amazing! She followed us through every step of the process. I couldn’t be more appreciative! Thank you for making this experience one to remember.

This was our first travel trailer purchase. The customer service was awesome.We came from out of town to purchase a new 2018 Avenger. We were sold with the customer service. We hadn't even seen the trailer in person and when we arrived after numerous email exchanges, the trailer was ready and so was the paperwork. It did not take long to take her home. Thank you to all the employees and especially Dee for the great customer service and making our first purchase easy.

First off GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My husband had been looking for pop ups for sometime and he found a Flagstaff pop up at Myers RV! He made an appointment with Dee to come check it out. Dee was very nice and amazing to work with, even when my husband kind of threw her a couple loops, she was more than helpful. The camper was previously owned so there were a couple minor issues and Myers took care of them all. Everyone there worked with us a great deal. In the end, we bought our first camper!!!
