La Mesa RV Center Albuquerque

Usually not fond on sales persons. I do not like to be pressured. On that being said, Albuquerque, New Mexico, La Mesa RV went beyond what I have encountered at RV facilities prior. We came away with exactly what we wanted thanks to the easy going helpful people at La Mesa RV New Mexico. Extra THANK YOU to John Zimmerman (sales), Randy Hall (finance) and Monty Wright (service). You put other dealers to shame on your fantastic customer service in all departments.

Monte was GREAT! We were on the road, headed to the east coast & had a problem with our AC, & the weather was warm; so we really needed it fixed! Although it was Saturday morning & we didn’t have an appointment, he jumped right on it for us & fixed it, after taking care of the customers with appointments. Great place, great customer service! THANK YOU!

We were in Albuquerque and experienced a problem with our black tank. We live in our 5th wheel, so repairs were going to be difficult. We contacted La Mesa and they were able to get our RV in the next day. They understood that we live in the RV and time was important, they had our 5th wheel repaired and ready to go by 4pm the same day! We really appreciate the fast service and the understanding of our situation, this is our home. Thank you so much La Mesa! We truly appreciate your great service!

We traded our camper in on a 2019 Winnebago travel trailer. La Mesa of Albuquerque gave us a good price for our trade and our salesman Michael McHenry was a pleasure to deal with. As with any new camper, there were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected before we left. Paul in the service department put a tech right on it. I didn't get the tech's name but he was polite and friendly plus did a great job to boot. We left the lot very happy. A week later after we had our new trailer packed and hitched, I noticed it looked like the trailer leaned forward not sitting level on the hitch. I went back over to La Mesa and asked Paul to take a look at it. He was very busy but came out to take a look at which point he got one of his tech's to come out and give his opinion. The tech, Stephen, agreed the hitch needed adjustment. He took his time making sure any adjustments he made were done to perfection which they were. Our tow vehicle handles great now and the trailer sits perfectly level on the hitch. Many thanks to all the staff for a job well done from start to finish and even after the sale. Do not hesitate to do business with this company. We live on the east coast and the next camper we buy will be purchased from them.

Took our motorhome in for repair so we could get back to our trip. They were very quick in locating and fixing the problem. So now we can continue our trip. We are very happy with the service.
