Aloha RV - Albuquerque Dealer

I have arrived at Aloha RV with and without an appointment on several occasions. Each member of the service team had always welcomed me as a friend and not just another customer. They listen carefully to my concerns, check my Class B thoroughly and expediently. I am always consulted prior to any work being done. A complete rundown on every detail is always provided. I am confident that their recommendations come from a place of integrity and expertise which provides a level of comfort and trust on my end. The overall attitude and atmosphere are ones that make me keep coming back. I recommend Aloha RV to everyone without the slightest hesitation. They are the best!!! Judi

Louisa in sales has to be one of the best sales people I've ever encountered. She is prompt, attentive, and absolutely willing to go to the ends of the earth for her customers. I can not recommend her enough. Full 5 stars for her. If and when I decide to upgrade to a different unit, I will not hesitate to buy from Louisa. Mark in service is by far the worst service writer I've ever encountered. There was an issue on my pop-up that should have been taken care of prior to delivery. He had an invoice that I didn't feel I should be responsible for. His communication, at this point, dropped off to zero. He walked off with no explanation. I went back to sales, spoke to Louisa and the sales manager, and we were able to work out an agreement. Mark then took my pop-up, dropped it in the parking lot, and went back inside without speaking one more word to me. I watched other Aloha employees help customers hook up their trailers, he was unwilling to do this. I asked for the pop-up to be open for inspection and he was unwilling to do this. I will not return to this Aloha location for service, and Mark is solely responsible for this. I will try Aloha North next time. 0 stars for Mark and the Aloha service department. 5+ stars for sales, 0 for service, I'll average that out to 3 stars for Aloha RV as a dealership.

Aloha RV staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in fining the right RV for us. Jeff Moorehouse made the whole experience fun and memorable. Randy Broughton made financing easy and went way above and beyond by installing the correct trailer hitch for us after the service department was closed. Anthony Lopez in the Parts Department made sure we had what first-time owners needed so we could immediately and safely enjoy our new purchase. When we are ready to upgrade in a few years, you can bet I'll be back to see Jeff. Highly, highly recommend Aloha RV.

Went in for a toilet water valve and they marked up a 20 dollar part to 73 bucks. Don’t gouge people unnecessarily. That kind of markup is ridiculous and you just lost a customers for life.

Great business. We couldn't be happier with our experience buying a 5th wheel. Salesman was patient as we revisited our trailer several times before deciding to buy it. From the time we entered the front door, it was a pleasant experience. Since purchase we have had positive experiences with customer service and Repair shop.l
