Rocky Mountain RV & Marine

I'm utterly convinced that this is the only place in the region to purchase and service an RV or Travel Trailer. We bought our Retro Riverside here and have not been disappointed. The service staff is exceptional. They are warm, funny, respectful and thorough. Margie and Chuck can be relied upon to know the score of what's what and who's going where which, frankly, has to be a pretty daunting job in a place this large and active. But they can be counted on to provide a smooth process and reasonable terms And the bottom line is that the work is done right and on time. We feel privileged to have a great relationship with this company.

They care about the customer. Josette took me around and showed me everything in my price range, and was patient while I made my decision. Even taking me back to see the RV I bought a couple of times. I got a very fair price and would recommend anyone looking to buy to come here. It's been four days since I picked up the RV and I have been in it ever since. The work Mac, Dave and Jesse put into it is totally frosty! Jesse found I was missing fuses and attached my anti-sway bars. Dave switched my solar set-up from old trailer to new and even added two new outlets. Mac took care that everything was working properly and made sure I understood it all. Fantastic job guys, I love it because of you.

We just bought our first travel trailer from Rocky Mountain RV and Marine (a 2018 Lance 2285). Although we were hesitant about buying from a dealer that is over 200 miles away, Dale Marsten our salesman made the whole process easy. He was attentive to our every question and concern, even going into the office on his days off to take care of things before our purchase. He has still stayed in contact making sure that we are happy with our camper. Derek in the service department was very informative during our walk through on the day of delivery. He even came over to the campground where we were staying that night to help us get the hitch disconnected when we were having a problem. Bob Franklin the service manager has also been very helpful, making sure that we are satisfied with the service we received on items that were added after the purchase of the camper and authorizing a mobile RV tech to come to our house to take care of a water hose that had been improperly installed. We have been very happy with the folks at Rocky Mountain RV and would buy from them again.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The staff takes very good care of the facility and their customers. The purchase of our Outdoors RV was enjoyable and we were well taken care of by the Rocky Mountain staff, in all departments. Dale was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and Rocky Mountain RV to anyone looking for an RV.

We had to have body work done on our motorhome. With a full body metallic paint job, we were not sure the paint would match. IT WAS PERFECT! The service guy was very personable. A great experience! Thank you!
