Tom's RV Service & Sales

We found out our Propane was leaking last night. This morning we called Tony's RV Service and explained that we NEEDED our rig same day. That said, they told me they couldnt get us in until next week. I asked them if they knew of anyone who could get it in today. They recommended Tom's RV Service. We called he quoted us a price and told us to come on in. Mike was our service guy he was friendly and explained everything. Two hours later we rolled out. It was more costly than quoted but such is life he never saw the rig when he gave us the price. We plan on getting more upgrades done to our rig and he was able to answer all questions and was very transparent. Hopefully nothing happens but, if it does we will go here.

If you would like your RV back in a timely manner go somewhere else. We took our 5th wheel to Toms back in early March and was quoted a 6 weeks turn around time. We called several times just asking for an estimate and was repeatedly told don’t worry about it they were working on the RV and will send estimate to insurance later. I called 4 weeks later and was told by an employee that the worker was working on my RV as we spoke.. well today almost 7 weeks later we were advised that our RV has not been touched or any work done to it not even an estimate done up on it! Needless to say we went and picked up our RV and will find someone else to make our repairs. I consider lies horrible and bad service and advise that Toms is not someone you can trust on getting any job done when your told. In the end what was most disturbing and frustrating was the no apology. Thanks for waisting our time.

NOTHING BUT LIES FOR 6 WEEKS.!!!!! If we could give a negative star rating we would do that. On March 20th, we took our motorhome to Tom’s for some simple warranty and recall work. Tom assured us he could handle it and it would be done in a week. Well....turned out one week turned into 6 weeks of lies and worthless stories. We got every excuse in the book from them....”we’re working on it”, “the parts have been ordered”, “parts aren’t in”, “we’ll have it done in a few days”, “oh the warranty company says we can’t work on it”! OMG! Our office is just a few blocks from Tom’s and we would drive by nearly every day only to find our rig was just parked....either in the street or in the back part of the lot with nothing being done to it, but somehow they had the time to work on every other rig that was brought in. If they didn’t or couldn’t work on our motorhome, they should have just said so. Instead here it’s May 2nd and we finally had enough after delaying our vacation for weeks, and told them to hand over the keys and we drove off. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO BECAUSE HE IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR!!!!! Signed....Chip Gibbs and Shirley Talley.

Quick service, found and fixed our problem right away. Very friendly folks too. Highly recommend for service.

There were some problems after service there. They went above and beyond to make sure it was made right. Even contacted the parts manufacturer for us and got things corrected. Will definitely use them again.
