Had a problem with my thermostat, called and talked to JD, he said bring it in and we'll get right on it. Brought it in, they got right on it and by mid afternoon they were done. Problem fixed to my complete satisfaction and they took the time to explain the issue. Convenient and courteous. Will definitely use again and highly recommended!

Went in to buy RV. Rudy came out asking all the right questions. Took us out to show us the best trailers that fit our needs. Rockwood fell right in line with most of what we needed. He knows his trailers well. Came back a few days later, Rudy wasn’t there, but Michael took on the challenge. Easy hand off. The whole time my wife felt Rudy gave attention to her questions & wants. After looking at the trailers the owner came out meeting me on the square, shaking my hand, we felt very welcome. Key things about this dealership. 1. Great customer service skills 2. Great products 3. Great follow up by staff 4. Honest upfront dealership I highly recommend this dealership for all your RV buying needs. They may look small, buy they are huge in honesty, skills, & desire to sell you the home that fits your needs. Made the drive, get away from city, enjoy down home feel of the most honest dealership in the area. I any looking forward to their Service Department taking care of our RVs future needs.

Aloha North performed a thorough, ten year maintenance list on my Class C that included trouble shooting some problem areas that ended up as simple as replacing fuses. They replaced worn out awning fabric, installed a new awning over my dinnett window, installed a Solar panel kit, automatic air ride system, swapped out the old microwave for convection, new fantastic fan, dome vent covers, electric mirror fix, insulated the cab floor and more. The salesman JD was very helpful, patient and willing to research options. The tech Duncan did a great job of installation as well as spending a thorough amount of time going over and educating me on the new equipment. Duncan problem solved on the spot to fix a few things that weren't quite rite on pick up including some check engine/airbag warning lights that mysteriously came on. They didn't miss a detail, had great attitudes and sent me off with a spotlessly clean rig inside and out. I couldn't be happier with the service and time they spent on my RV! Thanks Aloha for opening up another location closer to your Santa Fe customer base! I will be back......

Just purchased a Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s from Aloha. Had searched high and low for a dealer close by who had 1. Found them on Saturday 200 miles away and on Wednesday we drove it home with a satisfactory price, an interest rate 2.5% lower than a quote provided by another dealer, a pleasant transaction with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They hustled. Recommend them.
