Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

I brought my watch in which had stopped working. I was told the inside components (movement?) needed to be replaced. Since I like the case and bracelet I asked how much. Turns out the quote was quite reasonable so I agreed to have them replace the parts. The repair was rather quick considering the parts had to be ordered. Once I had the watch back I noticed the minute hand was loose. It was fixed immediately. When I picked it up the second time I saw that it was not keeping time properly. After returning it again, I took possession of the watch and this time it was running slow but not as bad so when I took it back, the owner ordered another movement and replaced it. It works fine now and I am very happy with it. I had good service from this store and feel the issues were not their fault. The most important thing is they made sure the repairs were done to my complete satisfaction. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the inconvenience of having to return 3 times otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I recommend Fast-Fix Mall of Georgia.

I had taken my seiko 7t34 flightmaster for a crystal replacement. They had not only replaced it within a reasonable cost, but they replaced it quickly too. They made sure the watch was still water resistant after the repair. Great service and fast too!

Service has always been outstanding, and I come here often with different jewelry dilemmas. I recently needed a setting redone in my engagement ring, and with that and the cleaning they gave it I feel like I have a brand new ring! Plus, I always wanted a wedding band, and I purchased one from there that is ideal, and at a much lower price than dept stores or jewelers. Very, very satisfied customer. Love love love! Not only is the job done fast, but also efficiently and at an affordable price! I went in to get my ring re-sized, they did that and steam cleaned it for free. It looked brand new. :D
