Susie and Mum were awesome. They listened to me and kept me within budget. They were never pushy and very professional. They went above and beyond to keep me happy. They even told me about the trade back program which I was totally unaware of which was a great benefit. I am happy with my upgraded ring! They make a great team!

Mum is the best here. She has helped take care of us many times and each time was a wonderful experience. She is very patient and understanding of our budget and requests. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. We will definitely be coming back!

My advice: Go to Solomon Brothers. Better pricing, professional, and quality you expect from jewelers. My soon to be husband and I went to Jared to look for rings. When we first walked in they politely greeted us, which was the only pleasant thing that happened after walking through their door. Long story short, they ushered us around instead of actually letting us browse. When trying to size my boyfriend's finger the gentleman helping us got the sizing ring stuck on my boyfriend's finger. While looking at settings without stones, the woman now helping us told another associate, "no, that diamond is too much for them", we hadn't even told them our budget. By the end of our visit we had been helped (harassed) by three different associates and badgered to apply for their store credit after we told them repeatedly we didn't need. We found rings we both liked but decided not to give them our business simply on how they operate.

After reading the reviews I decided I come and give Jared a chance and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my decision to do so. I came in and Mum greeted me and we found some engagement rings and bands that were complimentary to the ring and with a few pictures and opinions I found exactly what I had been looking for and couldn’t be more pleased. This was truly a great experience and the lesson is you can’t go solely off bad/negative reviews as some people could just be having an “off” day or just difficult to please alltogether. ;-)

Very nice sales people. Not pushy. Helpful and informative. She showed me a ring and that was it! I found my ring!!! I'm very picky too. UPDATE: I don't understand these awful reviews so I'm updating mine from a year ago. Anytime I walk in I am given the red carpet treatment. I've been there for new jewelry, repairs, links taken out of a watch and because my husband and I bit off more than we could chew, Jared allowed us to return my set and his band (totalling $7000.00) and return our credit card to a $0 Balance after 6 months of owning the rings. They treated us with TOTAL RESPECT and welcomed us back a year later to purchase wedding rings and helped us to purchase beautiful rings to be proud of and remain mindful of our budget. Jared will ALWAYS be my " GO TO " place.
