I went here to get a recommendation for a micro sized screw extractor. There were 2 others in front of me. The owner left one of the parties with a salesperson and came to help me. Despite the fact I was not there to buy anything, he took his time and carefully explained the procedure to remove microscopic screws. He added that there were no micro screw extractors made. I have patronized this store for over 10 years, mainly to get watch batteries and to have rings resized. I was surprised and happy to have gotten such good help and will certainly continue to trade there.

I took my watch here to have it repaired, the lady and gentlemen that took care of me was very friendly and polite. Did a great job and good price.

I took my watch to two different places to get the battery changed before I took it here. One place damaged the coil of the watch and the other damaged one of the indices. At this point I was very frustrated and decided to take it here. They repaired the watch for a fair price. I will be taking all of my watches here from now on.
