Love working with Financial One and Bob Hylland. They take care of our business lending needs. Bob is a super nice guy. We recommend them to all of you small business owners out there... they understand unlike the big guys out there.

Nothing but great experiences with Fin One. I have a personal loan, savings and checking account through the credit union and have never had any issues. The ATM reimbursement is a great service and mobile deposit keeps from me having to drive to any location. Sure beats any other big bank when it comes to service.

Dishonest Leading Practice and Price Gouging I financed a dirt bike through this bank that was purchased at the Hitching Post in Hopkins. I was told by their loan officer, without prompting, that I would not be required to purchase insurance because the bike was less than $3000. Apparently this bank allows people writing loans to from to lie to their customers because a month later a received from the bank requesting proof of coverage. This was frustrating yes, being I was told otherwise, but a reasonable request. I went to my insurance company and got a great policy for a year with medical coverage for $80. All is well I thought, until I get a nasty later from this dishonest bank demanding $600 for basic one year liability only coverage for my bike. This turned my stomach and made slightly disappointing situations a completely disgusting one. To allow loan officers to lie and to use that lie to rip your customers off in this fashion is a disgrace. I suggest you find a better place to bank than this one. I will be going to my credit union to take over this loan; I've been with them for 15 years and they would never treat their members like this.

All the workers are great here! Cindy and Michelle are always helpful and friendly. I wiuld never bank anywhere else.

Best place to go for all banking needs, especially checking accounts and all loans!! They are the best. Casey the manager is great!
