Wings Financial Credit Union

Kinda regretting leaving Wellsfargo. Late fees are $30 dollars. I was with Wellsfargo for 10 years and rarely did I get late fees but they were kind enough to charge me only half off or remove it if I showed I had money in the account again. Husband worked for a Central MN Credit Union and for their members they would be more understanding with the late fees and their was flexibility. Also regretting not joining them instead. I just wanted to try out Wings and i'm not regretting it. The lady I spoke with sounded like she did not care about me getting a fee 2 hours after me depositing a check.

One of the few credit unions out there that doesn't charge monthly fees for your online mobile banking needs. The tellers here at Wings are friendly and they greet you with a smile. I'm glad I made the switch from Wells Fargo after terrible experiences with not just Wells Fargo but also TCF. Their mobile banking app does need improvement especially if you want to deposit your check. Every now and then, the system kicks you off and you have to log in and it also crashes. Talk about being a pain in the a**. But overall Wings is ok.

The best bank ever in rates and fees. Home equity loan costed me 260 dollars and they were willing to reuse appraisal report by other bank. I moved home equity from other bank to Wings to save on int rate!

After working with Mary, who i thought was very helpful, I was told by Rachel that she had no authority to authorize the information she gave me. Because Rachel went back on what another bank employee told me, I was required to pay an additional $50 in loan fees. This was unacceptable and the credit union should have held up to the information they gave me! Very Poor Customer Service...I'll be moving my remaining loans to a different lender.
