First Choice Home Medical

I was really disappointed in their customer service and their callous unreasonableness towards my infirmed mother. My brother purchased a $2000 Lounge Chair from them for my mother as a surprise and it was delivered. It took my mom 30 seconds to realize she could not sit in it due to her neck injury since it pushed her neck forward. She did not know what to do since it was a gift and so less than one week went by, with the chair unused, and my bother called and asked for a refund to have it picked up. They absolutely refused and said they had only 48 hours before they can refund. That is such horrible business sense!! They made no effort to help. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Now we are stuck with a chair that no one can use.
