Fit180 Private Training Studio

I loveee this gym. They got me in shape "the right way" before my wedding, and it's the first place I've ever gone where EVERY SINGLE TRAINER is fantastic. Julie, the owner, genuinely cares so much about your goals and progress, and it feels like every person you work with there is collectively invested in you meeting your goals and becoming the best version of yourself possible. Now I'm pregnant and working with them again-- its the only workout I trust to be safe for me and my baby at this important time. Once I have my baby, they'll get me back in shape again! It's an important investment in yourself and your health to join this personal training gym... I can't recommend them enough!

Very unresponsive. Contacted them about scheduling a consultation for personal training. Once they contacted me it was very difficult to schedule anything even though I was flexible with my times and live less than 5 mins away. At the day of my appointment they email me saying "oh sorry the trainer you were assigned to can't make it, can you come in one week". Can't make it?? In one week??? Yeah, sure, if I say this to my clients they'll never do any business with my firm ever again!! I had my time planned around this appointment! Even if this particular trainer "couldn't make it" (sounds like a legit excuse, right?), it's your responsibility to make sure I get assigned to someone else who can answer my general questions..... I ended up purchasing a training package from Hope Beel, who's an amazing personal trainer in the area. Thanks Fit180 for wasting my time for nothing, throwing off my week's schedule and keep sending me your junk emails even though I unsubscribed. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I have been clients off and on for years. Julie and her team are amazing. It is just what you need to get back on track (or get on track in the first place). They can fit a variety of needs, each plan is individualized. I love the food accountability, not to mention all the trainers are excellent.

I have been a client at Fit180 dating back to 2013. My family just returned to Texas from out of state, and I contacted Fit180 within weeks to help me get back in shape after my second baby. Fit180 is amazing! The trainers are high quality and very knowledgeable. They push you to do your best, create very tailored workouts based on your fitness level, and also help create accountability with food and working out on your own between appointments. As a very busy working mom, this is the most success I've ever had with getting in shape and staying in shape. And I'm looking forward to working with Fit180 again to achieve my goals after baby number 2!!

I love Fit180! I wholeheartedly believe in having professional personal trainers train me when it comes to fitness! All the trainers at Fit180 are truly professionals and are very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The studios at Fit180 are not intimidating; they are so clean and modern. The trainers push me as far as I want to go, give me advice on my nutrition, and most of all, keep me accountable! Thanks Fit180 for helping me reach my fitness goals! You guys are the BEST!
