Fit180 Private Training Studio

I am a huge fan of Fit180! In two months, I've lost 3" on my waist and 4% body fat. They provide top of the line training services - including daily feedback on your food logs. The combination of great workouts and coaching on the right things to eat was the key to my success and a big difference from the competition. All of the trainers are very professional - and push me to my limits. I love that the scheduling is flexible and that I get to work out with a new trainer each time. It never gets boring! The facility is great: top of the line equipment and always clean. This women-owned business is well run and truly cares about their client's success. I give Fit180 my highest recommendation. If you're serious about getting in shape and you're looking for a team to hold you accountable, this is the place.

I have been going to Fit180 for several years and for many reasons. Their unique aspect of working with multiple trainers was new to me and I was skeptical at first. It only took a few sessions to realize it was genius! Each brings their own style and creativity to each workout. Every trainer they have is top notch and has a wealth of knowledge. The nutrition training matched with the personal training helped me drop pounds, build muscle mass and start feeling great again. If you have lost your focus or are looking for a new experience like I was... You will get all that and more here!

I have trained at Fit180 Forest since they opened. I travel almost every week and have a very hectic schedule. Fit180 has helped me refine my eating habits and be healthier and stronger. They have helped me rehab my body when a back injury slowed me down. I look forward to training with them as often as I can, I love the variety of the trainers and the workouts. Even after several years of training with them they continue to challenge me to be better. I have tried almost every gym in Dallas and this is the only one I have consistently stuck with. Love Fit180 would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to refine their diet and take their workouts to the next level.

I've been working out at Fit180 for almost two years. The trainers are all aware of everyone's personal strengths and weaknesses, and create each work out specifically for each client. I love how we work out with different trainers, each has their own style and it keeps me from getting bored. All of the trainers and so friendly and personable. It makes going to work out fun!

I have been a client for several years! When the Forest location I was thrilled due to its convenient location. I love how the staff listens to their clients and strives to achieve the individual goals of each client.
