Fit180 Private Training Studio

Fit180 is great! They use the tried and true message of working hard and eating right. No gimmicks, just results. I was able to meet my goal weight in 3 months. The idea of using different trainers for each session really helps me from getting bored and keeps them challenging. I recommend them to anyone who wants to live a happier healthy life!

I've loved my experience at Fit180! I've been to a million different gyms in the DFW metroplex and this place exceeds them all. The trainers are phenomenal (especially Sarah!!) and they cater to your specific individual needs to make sure you reach your fitness goals. Facilities are great, workouts are challenging, and the support is top notch. If you want results, go to Fit180!!

I am beyond impressed with Fit180. They have the best trainers in the business and I am continually challenged by each of them. The concept of having multiple trainers work with you keeps boredom at bay and the results come quicker. I highly recommend the Fit180 team to anyone who is looking to get healthy and find the results they have been looking for!

Best personal trainer facility in Dallas! The trainers and facilities are amazing! I highly recommend Fit180 to anyone wanting to better themselves mentally and physically, no matter what shape you are in!
