LFT Personal Training

LFT is the perfect place to start personal training. Not only do they have experienced trainers, but they have flexible scheduling that works with everyones schedules. I am only three weeks in, but I have noticed improvements in my strength and toning. It's been challenging but extremely fun. I highly recommend it!

The staff here is great and they really know their stuff! The workouts are great and personalized to your own needs. They even give you a personalized meal plan to fit your goals. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff is top notch when it comes to personal training. It's a great thing to get a personalized workout from trainers that will go the extra mile to see you succeed. If you're thinking about hiring a personal trainer, then you definitely need to go to LFT first!

Let me start with the positives. Great gym if you like the small very personal environment. It's all one on one, trainers are very knowledgeable and professional. Downfall is it's pretty expensive 50 per session plus they ask for a tip every session and there is also a monthly fee. If you do the year plan and workout 3 days a week you would spend 7200 a year and that's before the tip they ask for every session. If money is not a fact they are good place

My Fiance and I have been going to LFT for about 4 months now, we started it up because he wanted to lose weight for our wedding and I wanted to support him so I started going to get fit again. He has lost about 16Ibs and is passed his goal he set for himself and really enjoys working out now. All the trainers are really awesome, they are motivational, they listen to your needs, give advice to help achieve your goals and are friendly. The environment has no pressure and is a very intimate workout studio, which we really enjoy. We always look forward to our training sessions and plan to continue even after the wedding. Thanks guys for all your help and support in this journey as we find ourselves to getting back to being healthy.
