Jesse James Fit - Flower Mound

My girlfriend and I came here last year to enroll in the training program. She completed her initial training sessions almost a year ago upon completing her goals with the trainer. My wife, recently restarted her training and she still enjoys the location and the trainer she has working with her on a regular basis. This location offers a variety of fitness instructors and a variety of fitness equipment. The fitness instructor styles should motivate successful goal setting from most any type of person or body frame. An individuals performance regiment is maximized during the 30 to 45 minute session.

Jesse James and every one of his trainers are incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable, very dedicated and they care deeply about each person's journey for better health, stamina and strength. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. Even people who have never liked exercising, find that they begin looking forward to their gym time. They truly help people reach their goals whatever they are. There are all sizes, shapes and abilities there and they all are happily improving! Do yourself a big favor and go talk to Jesse!

I've been training at Jesse James Fit over 8 years. The staff is excellent and they go above and beyond to support you with your goals. Everyone is friendly and I really enjoy my morning workouts. They also have group training with Outlaw Bootcamp.
