Texas Family Fitness - Frisco Little Elm

Texas Family Fitness is my gym for 7 years. I feel lucky to have Troy Z as my training consultant. His routines are all great and he tries them himself first. He knows his stuff. And works with me very nicely and making sure that my form is accurate. Now I am going to this place because of him. I will not have any other consultant. I highly recommend Troy Z, if you are in search for workout trainings.

Okay, I feel a little silly leaving a review for a place where I work, but I was a client before I was an employee! I walked in to meet with Troy thanks to the recommendation of a friend. My life was changed in that moment in so many ways. He took a total newbie with very little muscle and zero weight lifting experience and taught me enough to change my body and inspire me to become a trainer myself. There is no way I can accurately express how much I value his time, knowledge, professionalism, and friendship. Additionally, I love working here. The current leadership and staff truly loves to see lives change through fitness.

This is the first time ever that I feel motivated to go to the gym because of my great trainer Troy. He is so patient, loving and always has a great smile on his face. He works different parts of your body at each session so that overall you gain the strength and become better. He is also very humble, has class and a protective response when necessary at the gym. Love you Troy, my great trainer and I am so happy to have found you. I recommended Troy to anyone looking for a great change and motivation to improve their body image and feeling awesome.

I have been working out at TFF for 7 years now. I love the friendly, smaller gym atmosphere it provides. Last year I started working out with Troy and continue to be impressed with his expertise and knowledge. I am very selective on who I train with and he has definitely pushed me to the next level in fitness. I feel stronger but most importantly I feel capable of doing anything. He doesn’t limit you on what you feel you can do, he allows you to see what you are capable of doing. Troy is able to relate to clients on any fitness level and not only give them a great weight training workout but help them to see and understand the life long benefits of lifting weights.

The Gym is a very lively place full of trainers and people who are willing to help you in exercise and diet. My trainer, Autumn Lewis is an awesome trainer! I was very new to the gym life, and she introduced me to not only what to do, but how to exercise and what I should eat. But most importantly, she explained in detail, why you had to do certain things on a medical level, which is crucial to keep the momentum of exercise will power going. Along with being very knowledgable about the human body, she is very kind and super fun! She'll help you push yourself to your best. She really helps me on my fitness journey and I would highly recommend her!
