Fort Pearce

Neat to see an old fort. There needs to be better signage to educate visits of the history. There are a few around but very limited.

This is an interesting bit of history. The site has been nicely stabilized but there is not much to it. About small rock building without a roof. The Mormans used it as an Outpost to give early warning of Indian attacks.

Fun place to take the kids and explore new places. Also the little time capsule/ geocaching is like a fun little treasure hunt. We found it with out and fun to look at how many people found it and left things for the next..... My son left one of his little cars for the next person. So if some one reads this and finds it there please take a picture!

Kind of a neat place. No shade and not much to do other than see the old fort (it's small), but it was still pretty neat nonetheless.

Nice historical destination. No restroom.
