It is always amazing to hear how the pioneers settled an area. And to see a home that has been restored makes me appreciate the things we have even more.

Nice little pioneer house with a relatively quick tour. Good for about a 1/2 hour to 45 minute stop. Some of the more popular pioneer homes in the area have more to see, but I think this is one of the more interesting because it's based on a single individual that is a better example of a "normal" pioneer home.
