Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan

Good location if you're visiting Manhattan. Layout is interesting. A housekeeper went out of her way to show me my room and helped me pull my suitcase which I think was great. I was struggling to find my room and my hands were full.

Hotel was a little older and room was a little musty. However, we did enjoy our stay and the staff was super friendly. Our room included breakfast and it was great! Would recommend.

Had to get a new set of rooms keys 3 TIMES due to being locked out of our room more than once because they didn’t set the cards up right. You think they’d learn the first time?? Room service didn’t do their job. Had to call to have them do it. Couldn’t use pool due to bunch of (20+) screaming kids. Almost knocked over my pregnant wife more than once while parents did not care. Kids where sprinting up and down the hallways at all hours of the night after we politely asked them to stop and said something to the front desk. There’s other things but this covers the big ones. Would NOT recommend.

Older Sheraton built /decorated in 50s -60s. Low ceilings, bathroom very small. Double queen room felt cramped, only other seating was desk chair. Bed comfortable! No complimentery breakfast. Restaurant on site offered buffet for $8.50.

It is really easy to get to, right off the highway, and not far away from all the shops and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Has a nice restaurant inside of it and an indoor pool and pool tables
