Fuji Sushi & Grill

After leaving another local sushi place that was so dirty that I felt uncomfortable, my boyfriend and I came here. So far the best sushi he and I have had in the area. From the outside we were skeptical because there’s almost zero curb appeal. Inside it’s open and spacious. There’s no wall decor which I thought a little odd. The staff were adorably friendly. They were super busy but still the food came out in within a reasonable time. The rolls were inventive, combining unexpected flavors, like mango and tuna in one, and paper thin sliced lemon atop their Summer Roll which had salmon, and tuna. Fun, flavorful & surprising. My only caveat was the sushi pieces were slightly warmer than I like.

Excellent food and friendly service! The sushi lunch specials are a great deal. We recently celebrated my sisters birthday at hibachi grill. I recommend the steak and scallops. And the hibachi experience was so fun and entertaining!
