Galaxy Computers

In need of PC repair, I decided to call around first and whomever was the nicest on the phone is where I would go. Everett, at Galaxy Computers, answered the phone and was most helpful and patient in answering my questions. I took it in and then got it back in a timely fashion at the price they'd quoted me. No surprises. Everett has excellent customer service skills and knowledge, and even gave me a follow-up phone call several days later to make sure everything was running OK.

Had a major problem with a virus on my computer. Galaxy had it for about a week and so far it seems to operate flawlessly. I thought the cost was reasonable and the business called me for a follow up to see how things were. So far I'm very satisfied.

Not much of a hardware selection since they're reducing that and going more the service side. Polite and knowledgeable.
