Food tastes good! The two times I've been service is slow...took awhile to even get water and drinks. But everybody was very nice and friendly. The first time I came they messed up on my order but everyone was polite and cared about customer service...manager gave me a discount. I'd come again.

Got there at 6:45 and got seated. Order was taken fast enough. The bad service started when the appetizer and entree were brought at the same time! Then we needed silverware. It took about 15 minutes fur or server, Donald, you bring it. Then, I needed another glass of tea. It took about 10 minutes to get it. Some of the worst service I've had in a long time.

The food is rarely cooked properly, servers do whatever the hell they want to do, they claim they are 'out of' things they don't feel like cooking, or if they're just hoping that you will get up and leave so that they don't have to do anything. I don't understand how Picaddily's closed, but this place where 90% of The staff REFUSES to work is still functioning. If I were starving and this was the last place on Earth to eat, I still wouldn't eat here. Lucky for them, since they wouldn't want to serve regardless. What idiot said you actually have to work for a paycheck? This trainwreck restaurant clearly proves you don't.
