Great place to buy an RV... they are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things. Just bought my used trailer and could not be any happier with it. I will be back when I upgrade in a few years.

Hoping for a 5 star installation of a 5th wheel to pull the camper. Defiantly a 5 star for courtesy at drop off and answered questions.

I had a terrible experience my first time at Garick RV. My RV sat on the lot for over a week with noone looking at it. It took me months to get my RV scheduled and they still couldn't complete the repairs before my trip as promised. Repairs were very expensive and the work and customer service was not what I expected. I had my shower dome replaced. I still haven't been able to clean out the shower from the glue and dirt. Some screws weren't even all the way in. I wanted my awning replaced. I was told it would be done before my trip, but it wasn't. Charged me 500.00 to fix my generator, but couldn't fix it and wanted to charge another 750 for a new carburetor. I didn't authorize all of the repairs, but they charged me for the ones I didn't authorize. I paid over $3,500 for repairs and expected more and to have the above concerns addressed for the amount I spent. If you use them please make sure to get written estimates and sign for the repairs you authorize.

Don't get your RV serviced here.
Service: We had ours fully checked over after winter storage. They say they check everything: top up oil levels and grease suspension and steering parts and general condition of all running gear but... they do not. All grease nipples were untouched, dirty and clearly ignored. There were spider, insect cocoons on the brake calipers and around the engine bay from the winter storage time. The engine service light was on with abs warning light and they didn't even know, nor check it brake system, nor care when I called them back. The response is, go somewhere else to get it fixed.
Customer service: Terrible. All staff I dealt with are reluctant to speak to you and if they do it's rude. Don't expect them to tell you what they charged you for or show you anything on the vehicle. The response is, what we did is on your receipt printout. But don't take my word for it... Call them, even their receptionist is rude and dismissive. Speak to their mechanics (if you're lucky they will get someone to speak to).. you'll find that they are very condescending and patronizing.
It's expensive, very expensive. They wanted to charge $350 to change the fan belt. You can do it yourself without a tool in 5 mins because my engine just has a tensioner to release it. I inquired about increasing house battery storage and their $2k solution was to sacrifice the main storage cabin next to the front door instead of expanding the battery cage underneath the rv where the existing ones are. Storage space is a premium so why would anyone give up their main storage cabin for batteries?. That's $2k without even adding a battery control monitor gauge - an essential component for an expensive 4 battery set up.
It seems to me they have no competition so they don't need to be nice or good at what they do. They seem to hate their job and their business. I'm not going back, I'll drive 100 miles any direction for someone that truly appreciates their customers and takes good care of their vehicles.

If you deal with Chris, you'll be very satisfied. We broke down on interstate and he correctly diagnosed problem on phone. Had 5th wheel towed to his shop. When we arrived, was met with negative and sarcastic wise guy asst manager. I think his name was derek. People should understand that when you've been traumatized, you need compassion not sarcasm. But Chris took over in morning and was stellar. I'd rate a 5 if it were not for that negative asst mgr.
